Snowflake Bansko
These Terms & Conditions apply to ski and snowboard lessons, equipment rental and reservations made through the Snowflake Bansko website.
1. Reservations
Reservations for ski and snowboard lessons and equipment rental can be made through our website or by contacting Snowflake Bansko directly.
A reservation request is subject to availability. Lesson times and instructor availability are confirmed by Snowflake Bansko after the reservation is received.
2. Ski & Snowboard Lessons
Lessons are available for adults and children at different ability levels.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time and ready for the lesson. Please allow sufficient time for gondola queues, lift-pass purchase and travel to the meeting point.
The exact meeting point and lesson time will be confirmed with your booking.
3. Lesson Deposit
A 20% deposit is required to secure a ski or snowboard lesson reservation.
The remaining balance is payable according to the instructions provided with the booking confirmation.
Equipment rental reserved through the website does not require a deposit unless otherwise stated.
4. Equipment Rental
Rental equipment is subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when selecting equipment, including age, height, boot size and ability level where requested.
Snowflake Bansko may substitute equipment with another suitable model or size when necessary.
The customer is responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period and must return it in the agreed condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
5. Online Rental Prices
Equipment reserved in advance through the Snowflake Bansko website may qualify for the online reservation price displayed at the time of booking.
The reservation confirmation serves as proof of the applicable online price.
6. Lift Passes
Lift passes are not included in lesson or equipment rental prices unless specifically stated.
Customers are responsible for having a valid lift pass when required for their lesson.
7. Weather and Mountain Conditions
Skiing and snowboarding are outdoor activities and may be affected by weather, snow conditions, lift operations and other circumstances outside the control of Snowflake Bansko.
If changes to a booked service become necessary, we will contact the customer whenever reasonably possible.
8. Safety
Customers must follow the instructions of their ski or snowboard instructor and observe the rules and safety requirements of the ski area.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any relevant information that may affect their ability to participate safely in the booked activity.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund conditions are described separately in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
Where the website identifies prices as relating to a particular winter season, Snowflake Bansko reserves the right to update prices for a subsequent season. Any applicable change affecting an existing reservation will be communicated to the customer in advance.
